How do you ship perishable cheese to ensure it stays fresh?
We ship our cheeses in insulated containers with reusable ice packs. Depending on your location and the season, we utilize expedited shipping methods to ensure your order arrives at the ideal temperature.
Is Cabot cheese naturally lactose-free?
Yes! All Cabot naturally aged cheddars contain 0 grams of lactose per serving. The natural aging process breaks down the lactose, making it a great choice for those with lactose sensitivities.
What is the shelf life of your cheddar cheese once opened?
Once opened, we recommend tightly wrapping your cheese in parchment paper or plastic wrap and storing it in the refrigerator. It is best consumed within 3 to 4 weeks of opening for optimal flavor.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our dairy products within the United States due to the perishable nature of our goods and international customs regulations regarding food products.
What is your return policy for food items?
Since our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
